"There is a smell when you first walk in. Upon check in we were told they are switching over the keycard locks and out room didn’t have a key. So the desk clerk would have to let us in. Breakfast was no good. We got there early and it looked like it was from previous days. Room was ok.. tv channels very limited. "

"Room was okay, nothing special but nothing really wrong either. The bathroom was a nice size and had two sinks."

"We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The lobby was modern and comfortable. Our room was in great condition. We especially enjoyed time spent in the River Room because the views of the river at sunset were spectacular. We will definitely choose this property the next time we stay in the Quad cities."

"bath room was dirty and the door hinges were flaking rust on the floor,,poor maintenance in the room..dirt on floor in the corners ..room smelled like bleach..sofa was to soft a person would sink and be hard to get out/up "

"Checked in and got the key card, got to the room and it hadn't been cleaned yet. Back down to the desk, got another key card to a different room. It was clean but so hot. They said they would send maintenance up. I never saw them. Tried to sleep and the traffic out side was horrible. Cars racing up & diwn the street all night. Will not stay here again."

"Decent area tho hard to find the driveway. Lobby has a horrible air freshener and tacky flowers which are immediately off-putting. Rooms are generally better but not well-cleaned. Hallways down right creepy and filthy. Gym appeared ok."

"Nice hotel but no coffee maker in the room. It would be nice to have your own fresh coffee in the morning especially if you dont make it to the free breakfast."
