Hotels with smoking rooms in Rwanda from NT$2,526

"Hotel was great. Really nice buffet breakfast with a view of Kigali hills. Be aware that it is located in a very busy area. Hotel room was large and well appointed. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"Good location, clean, friendly and helpful staff. I had a good stay!"

"Viešbutis nedidelis, ramus, švarus. Geras kainos/kokybės santykis. Kambariai erdvūs, reguliariai tvarkomi, aptarnaujantis personalas paslaugus. Mielai pagelbėja įvairiais klausimais, užsako transportą kelionei iš/į oro uostą. Tiesa, už tai imamas papildomas mokestis. Šilto vandens gali tekti palaukti 1-2 minutes kol atbėgs vamzdžiais. "This Hotel is in the center of Kigali and near the City Tower, you can easily walk there. The rest was very disappointing... Loud construction works going on, no hot water in my room, the free airport transfer which was PROMISED and is advertised on the website was NOT provided (don't believe any promise made by a guy named IVAN. He first said there is no free airport transport, then agreed about it and took note of my flight details but never sent the taxi!). No mosquito nets on the windows and...
