The room was wonderful both in style cleanliness and facilities. The staff in reception, room service, the restaurant and the bar were always ready to help with anything and with such charm and generosity. I found no fault in anything during my stay.

The worst thing is that my wife killed a roach in the room. The tv didn’t work, but we were transferred to another room where everything was good. Otherwise the room was comfortable and the restaurant very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Luxuriously Un-luxurious

The only remarkable aspects of our stay was the chocolate mousse and one of the front desk associates. Otherwise, our room was quite noisy- we could hear all the noise from the restaurant (dishes clanging and loud talking both early in the morning and late in the evening) and the parking lot. WiFi could also be spotty. If you prefer to use washcloths, bring your own; they do not have any and were reluctant to give us additional hand towels for bathing. The gym is also quite small and unremarkable. The equipment looked as if it hadn’t been touched in ages. If you choose to stay here, please ask for a room on either an upper floor or away from the parking lot, especially if you're looking to relax. Otherwise, you’d be much better off at one of the larger hotels on the area.

Upon arrival, I discovered that the window lock in my room was faulty, which unfortunately meant my first night was somewhat unsettled. The issue was resolved the following morning, though it did require a second report to the front desk before action was taken. Aside from this, the overall experience was satisfactory. I would encourage guests to inspect room fixtures upon check-in.

Great place for business travelers

Fantastic hotel! Is a modern place with a great view! The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. My room had a kitchenette and was also stock with great coffee and a French press. I had a wonderful time.
