「First we were put in a room without an AC, so we had to be changed. Then our second room started leaking in the roof and we had to be changed. Then in our 3rd room, my wife and I were given a room with 2 twin size beds instead of a regular one for 2 people. The food during breakfast was always lukewarm, and there were several cockroaches.」

「The staff were very helpful and the place whilst spartan is clean. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss but the views over Kigali whilst eating were brilliant. 」
