Kigali 3 Stars Hotels

"Very Good hotel in Kigali , near the main atractions"

"The room is clean, staff very helpful. Location is noisy, many shops around which makes it quite noisy. For short stay it is ok."

"Really nice property, great restaurants and the staff was top notch!!!"

"The place was perfect for a brief stay before our flight, as it is conveniently located near the airport and offers a free shuttle. The driver was very helpful and made our arrival in Kigali smooth and easy."

"The staff were so friendly and attentive. We stayed three different nights during our 10 days in Rwanda and they remembered us, gave us the room we liked best, did our laundry (for a cost) but kept it for us until we returned. The food was delicious and a varied menu. The shower was hot and had pressure. The air conditioning worked well. We would stay here again"

"Very good hotel to stay for one night. It's close to the airport and cheap. Also, they have a bar/restaurant. The rooms was ok and the staff was helpful. "

"Amazing place with excellent customer service. The staff were always polite, responsive, and quick to help with anything I needed. They fixed the phone in my room, helped unlock my safe after I forgot the password 😅, and were consistently helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is very clean, and I especially loved the unique setup of the pool and poolside area—it has a really nice atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Kim Hotel and would happily stay here again."

"Luma & Lua! Unique is an under statement, service delivery was top-notch, the stay was worth every dollar i paid. I am definitely recommending to family and friends and this will be my go-to place whenever i'm in Kigali. Thanks :)"

"Terrible experience. The hotel advertises breakfast, but upon arrival, I was told it was not included because the room rate was already “cheap enough.” The room was dusty, and staff took days to clean it after being asked. They also expressed displeasure that I paid through Expedia instead of directly at the hotel, repeatedly complaining about Expedia’s commission. As a guest, I should not have to deal with constant complaints about their booking arrangements. Management ignored my attempts to...

"Good location. Property is lovely. Room was large with kitchenette and had nice balcony to enjoy the sights and sounds of the city. Strong screened sliding door, so fresh air and no insects. Restaurant had nice view and food and service were great. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Didn't use the pool, but it looked very inviting."

"Great place, nice ambience and close proximity to the City"
