The place was perfect for a brief stay before our flight, as it is conveniently located near the airport and offers a free shuttle. The driver was very helpful and made our arrival in Kigali smooth and easy.

Enjoyed my short stay. However the single room (this specific room) was small and was a little stuffy because of the lack of fans or AC. There was some noise above the room from the restaurant. Other than these my stay was great. Breakfast was lovely, the staff was very hospitable and the airport shuttle was so helpful. Really appreciate the care they put into the experience of my stay. I’ll recommend Velvet Suites again.

This hotel was way better than I expected! The entire place was spotless, there was an outside security guard, the room was immaculate with comfortable beds, and the staff all was friendly and helpful. They bring you a delicious breakfast to your outside personal patio. Don't let the low price deceit you!
