「When I arrived my reservation through Expedia was never reflected since they stopped using Expedia 2years ago.
I was made to pay twice and advised to resolve with Expedia when I get back to USA」

「We had a wonderful night out of Kigali. Enjoyed the sounds of the birds, the view, the clean, comfortable room, the delicious 5-course dinner in a beautiful charming lodge. Had the best breakfast I have ever had with homemade yoghurt, cakes, jam, fruit salad, cereals, eggs, etc. Played ping-pong, baby foot, other games while waiting for the rain to pass. Nice little walking paths in nature all around. We are definitely planning on coming back!」

「Lille men velholdt hotel - meget rent og god service. Fine værelser med alt hvad man har brugt for. God generator til når strømmen går ud.
Området har ikke så meget at byde på, og der er meget stille om aftenen. Dog har hotellet en meget lækker restaurant med stor menu til rimelige penge. Morgenmadsbuffeten er frugt, brød, og pastries, men der følger æggekok osv. med, så alt i alt meget lækker.」

「The staff was very welcoming and friendly, I enjoyed the nice room with fridge. There was a gym there too which was great to use. The breakfast had a great variety and the boy running the omelet stand was so good at his job. Only problem was the restaurant in the evening. I ordered soup and waited over 1.5 hours for it... That was not good. 」

「Rooms like jail, window with a wall behind.
TV from the 50s and not working
No wifi available, bed wirhout matrix only the base, you sleep on the ribbons, fridge connection does not match with socket. I lost my money with that booking, I was only one night and had to pay other place. It was the more traumatic experience I have had.」
