「Honestly I would stay here again , location is EVERYTHING in NYC and this location is pretty much perfect . You’re between broadway and 5th ave! About a 10 or 15 minute walk to Times Square. 「Room was nice and clean but we had water leakage all over the restroom and after addressing they didn’t take any steps rather kept arguing saying it’s not that bad and casually apologized only. My 13 months old slipped on the water and got hurt lucky it wasn’t too bad but when I mentioned it to them they told me “the water was stuck only behind the sink” which isn’t true because the time I sent them the pictures it was in the morning and we haven’t used the sink during the night so it started...
