「We happened to stay during a heatwave. The room had no air conditioning, only a fan. The room was spacious but really needs an update. The corners of the bed and the duvet cover were torn. The wallpaper was also peeling. The bathroom renovation was acceptable. Breakfast was in buffet style but the refills were too slow—there was nothing left to eat and all the juices ran out.」

「Fantastic stay with excellent spa and inclusive minibar was great. Lots to do on site. Vietnamese restaurant was also wonderful. Very convenient parking included too. 」

「Jacuzzi was lush. Pool ok but small. Staff excellent. Room was ok. But tap never worked properly neither did tv remote. Great having a fridge in room. 」

「It's undergoing renovations in the foyer areas which is fine. My room was ok but some basic things like the toilet flush button was broken and the shower flex was damaged so the head only sprayed sideways. 」
