「Overall, we found the hotel to be of reasonably high standard. The room was good, although missing a few refreshments at times, and the shower was held up by an elastic hair band! The signage throughout could do with improvement, as the breakfast room/restaurant is difficult to find if you have not stayed there before. The entrance seems to have a permanent "CAR PARK FULL" sign at the entrance, presumably to deter non-residents, and the exit barrier needs a code, but always seems to be open...

「The room we stayed in was far too hot. Even though we had the window open, the temperature control set to 16°C and the fan on, it was very uncomfortable. We found it difficult to sleep. We also spent as short a time as possible in our room. We were disappointed with the food available. The website advertised a Market Menu, which wasn't available. Just the expensive menu in the restaurant to choose from. However the breakfast staff we very courteous and the choice of food was excellent.」

「Comfortable king room, which we were able to access early & meant we could change to go to the afternoon theatre. Service from reception & bar very good. This is a nice hotel very conveniently located in Stratford for easy walking to the theatre and town centre. Would definitely stay again. 」

「The Ettington Park hotel is an extraordinary English Family Castle with a great & long history. Our stay in this hotel was extremely comfortable and relaxed. Despite belated arrival at night, we were all welcomed by their staff with thoughfully arranged dinner & wine & porter services of many bulk luggage. Feel comfortable Not just Only the big comfortable bed, perfect location, fresh and yummy food, but also the warm & helpful staffs and the express checkin checkout. Its perfect if provide the conditioner and body lotion at the cold and dry weather. We enjoy the time and will stay again. 」

「Stunning building but the maintenance of it lets it down. The hostess at breakfast was very friendly and helpful, but the service itself was chaotic. They should be serving barista made drinks with breakfast rather than having queues at an instant machine. Some people were ordering from menus, others weren’t. The staff seemed very stressed. The room was basic but ok value for money. The spa treatment was the highlight」
