「The staff were so wonderful. My daughter was getting married and my mom needed far more help than I expected. The hotel was able to provide a wheelchair for mom, allowing her to spend what energy she had enjoying the day. Thank you to all who assisted!!」

「Was refused service and unable to get a refund, absolutely thieves and disgustingly rude staff」

「The staff at check in were great. Room itself was nice, bed was comfortable. We did not have any hot water for showers. But my biggest issue is: Someone with a room key entered our room at 8am. I’m assuming they worked for the hotel. But very awkward. Check out isn’t till noon. So unsure why anyone would think they can enter a guests room. Very inappropriate.」
