Front desk staff were very friendly. But the rooms were not pleasant. Beds are at the end of their life. The room was not very clean. Same with the pool area. Hot tub was out of order. Someone was able to get in our room in the middle of the night. Luckily, I had the extra lock on. It’s time for a total redo.

Waterside is only open Friday and Saturday evenings. Rooms weren’t super clean and were dated but the bedding and furniture was clean. Staff were great. Breakfast was ok.

6/10 Okay

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The bed was good but there were a lot of last bugs and other bugs by the windows. There was even a wasp outside our room. Only stayed for one night. Used the pool but the hot tub was not working. Need to remove that from the hotel description. The kids loved the slide but the pool area was really slippery. And the pool could use a deep clean. Breakfast was not ready at 6 am. We had hoped to grab something before heading out.
