「We had two problems. 1. My family really needed 2 queen beds in each room. We reserved 2 rooms with 2 queen Ed’s in each room through Expedia. However, when we checked in at 8pm the hotel had given away all the rooms with 2 queen beds. They said room with a king and a pull out sofa was just as good. It is not. The pull out sofas are never as comfortable as a bed. They said they were sold out and there was nothing we could do. I made the reservation to avoid this type of thing, but it...

「The staff is always pleasant and the rooms are clean. The only complaint I have is that they do not keep the air conditioners running in the rooms. When you first come in the rooms are extremely hot. The lobby also does not feel cool or comfortable. Even the hallways are hot. I have been to this hotel numerous times because they are clean and pleasant. That is my only issue.」
