「Rooms are false advertised. Paid extra for a balcony room and received a room they had a railing with no balcony. A lady was trying to get a drink from the cafe in the front area and one of the front desk ladies told her to go to the 7/11 across the street. Went to the beach and was told we could not get enough beach chairs to accommodate our party and were only allowed 2 chairs. We were a party of 9」

「The property just like any resort has lots of things to do and lots of entertainment, however, the property is outdated. The 2 elevators take forever to arrive (be prepared to wait 5-10 min at a time to get on the elevator). Taking the stairs down is always faster. The pools and hot tubs have cloudy water with lots of chlorine. Spending any time in the pool is tough due to the strong smell of chlorine. The rooms are also outdated. Have a super loud HVAC that will not let you sleep at night....

「Too crowded and noisy. Had use bellman to get access to luggage cart. Room was good but bathroom was needing maintenance attention, toilet paper fixture was loose, black mold on some surfaces in shower, would have appreciated a walk in shower, instead of shower curtain in a slippery tub 」

「The room was great and staff is friendly. Location is ideal! Close to the beach and nightlife. The pool is amazing! The hotel itself is tired and the elevator and hallways were not the most clean. The room doors automatically slam so it was hard to get a good night sleep. Would recommend as the location was great! 」
