The hotel is almost 25 years old and although it shows its age in the main building, the room we had was very spacious, clean and comfortable. "This was probably one of the best hotel stays I have ever experienced in Panama. I think the hotel itself is a part of a large chain, but it did not have the plain and sterile ambience of current large hotel chains. We had a suite overlooking the beautiful garden and facing a mountain. The suite itself has very high ceilings, maybe 15 or 20 feet which made the already large suite feel even larger.
