"I had stayed at that hotel several times before and it was very good, but on this occasion, the carpet was very dirty and the air conditioning wasn't working properly."

"Some issues but the staff was able to accommodate the problems. First room the ac was out, second room had a clogged sink and clogged shower tub. Very friendly staff for the most part and things happen sometimes so it’s understandable. The overall hotel was clean, and appeared in decent condition. They were quick to attempt repairs. Overall, I would use them again due to the staff and their efforts to correct the issues. I’m sure it was a fluke, and I would not expect this to be a regularly occurring inconvenience. Otherwise it was a nice place at a reasonable price. Well lit parking area with on-site security that actually patrolled. If you’re staying more than a day, I would request more coffee packs in the room, as they only service the room every two days. "

"Breakfast was excellent though the server was not organized or efficient and the cook had to come out to help deliver meals. Counter staff was excellent and cute gift store area. Updated bathrooms are nice."

"The best hotel in New Mexico/West Texas, and the world as I have so far traveled! If you like gyms with hotels, this is the place! Yes, the GYM, is hands down one of the best! The staff, even better! Beautiful property!"

"The restaurant and bar were both cozy and welcoming. The bar was well stocked with high end whiskey, gin, and tequila. The wine selection was also spot on...The bar waitstaff was friendly. The front desk lady was a tad bit rude to myself and a couple that came after me, but the rest of the staff was cordial and accommodating. It is a nice property, and I loved the music and sitting area in front of the fireplace. My bed was also SO comfortable!"
