Stained sheets and comforter. Dirt on floor, lamp, lamp shades, air conditioner. It was so gross I couldn't stay there. Then when I asked for a refund, the GM Edgar Guzman denied it and would not even discuss it with me. I had booked 3 nights and I even agreed to pay for one if he would refund the other 2. Again, he couldn't be bothered on his day off. So disrespectful.

Thank goodness I travel with lysol wipes. Keep your shoes on. Hair, toothpaste, greasy counters, disgusting floors. We sweep all that dirt on arrival. Driving 9 hours, just wanted to rest. King suite Room 155 was filthy, not even cleaned. Hotel gave us another room, King suite 154, it stunk as was just as filthy. We decided to stay in first room and used my lysol wipes, and hotel supplies to clean. Changed all the towels, shower curtain. It seems they're just changing the bed...if that. No discount given, no free stay, nothing as we made prior reservations. Breakfast and staff great. We choose to stay, you may have the option to find something elsewhere.

First room smelled like smoke. We were able to move to another room but it was not in good shape. Tried to use the microwave but when I hit start all the lights went out. The toilet was plugged up but there was no phone in the room to call the desk. When I walked up to the front desk the receptionist offered to get me a plunger. I wish we hadn’t of booked two nights because we wanted to leave after the first night. The hotel was not willing to refund the second night if we left early. The lady who was responsible for the breakfast did a good job though.
