「Had a good time 」

「The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were very efficient. Although the hotel facilities are starting to show their age and feel a bit dated, everything is well-maintained, bright, and very clean. They offer a convenient complimentary breakfast; however, the seating area in the breakfast room felt a little cramped, so you might have to squeeze in or wait for a table during peak hours.」

「Beautiful interior and grounds! Very convenient location to restaurants and shopping but with a lot of car noise. The only negative was the lack of a coffee pot in the room. Plenty of coffee pods and sugar but no pot.」

「The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was just okay. My main complaint is that there were fruit flies and mosquitos in our rooms (we had two rooms in two different buildings) that flew on you all night, leaving some bites and they were buzzing in our ears all night. It was impossible to sleep and I was super exhausted the next morning. They likely need an exterminator to spray the rooms. I won't come back for this reason only.」

She kept yelling things out to me angry because I was having a hard time hearing her from behind the small check in window. 「Reserve the room a week in advance was not available upon arrival. Then the room was not finished cleaning when we arrived. We asked for towels but they never brought them. The grounds was dirty. And they had a lot of vagrance all over the property.」
