「The hotel itself was fine, but not great. The front desk staff was very polite and generally helpful. The room was cleaned the first day after we arrived, but then not at all the next 3 days. Our garbages were overflowing, we had no clean towels, and the body wash dispenser was empty in our shower. I told the front desk twice, but no one came to replace or fill it. 「Finding and getting to the breakfast area was a little confusing. Staff was very helpful.」

「They are in process of renovation but that didn't affect our stay. Comfy clean breakfast was very good. Lots of options. It is more than a 2 min walk to the Hard Rock. .6 miles. Actually more like 15 but very doable. All in all a great place.」
