"The property is really nice. Love that there is toys for kids to play with. Everything is very close by. There’s a nice market across the street. Breakfast was so good ! Only one thing that I didn’t like was that the water pressure to the shower was very low throughout our stay. Other than that this property was excellent! "

"We stayed here for 6 days. Staff was friendly. This hotel is in an excellent location. Walking distance to the Zocalo and to downtown maybe 2 blocks away. The room was very nice, keep in mind it’s an older building but very beautiful. They do have a pool and the restaurant in the hotel had very good breakfast. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because we did not have hot water in our room, not that we needed it much because in the day time since it was hot outside the water was warm...

"Our stay for only one night was perfect. The reception was kind and helpful. At every turn we doors were opened, taxis were called, and help with our luggage. The restaurant courtyard was charming and welcoming. The food looked delicious and we wished we were eating there. "

"This was a lovely property with attentive and hospitable staff. We had not realized that private parking is not available after 10 pm, but were able to easily find street spots. "
