A gem! Superb location, with an oasis-like interior courtyard away from the bustle of the streets south of the Zocalo. Staff is lovely, rooms are immaculate, breakfast was fine dining. Can’t wait to return.

Great shower, helpful staff, awesome location, delicious breakfast, but this is not a quiet hotel. I booked it based on other reviews saying it was surprisingly quiet. Policeman outside blowing his whistle every 10 seconds in the morning and afternoon directing traffic, we moved to another room where we could hear the toddler upstairs running around and making noise, and then construction noises like drilling and pounding, plus the housekeeping staff (who are fantastic) outside our door at 6:30am filling mop bucket and talking. Yikes! But hey if you’re a heavy sleeper and don’t mind noise, this place is for you!!

The breakfast has always good options. The waiters very attentive. Good food and taste. The AC in the room was very good. Only one small thing, bring your own hand towel, because they have only bath and wash towels available. Other than that, we will stay in the same hotel. Great location, very close to the zocalo (main plaza) and Mercado for many souvenirs. Great stay!!

Room was clean, although there was an odor which I think is from the drain. I’m not sure what could be done about that seems to be standard in some hotels in the older area of downtown. The hotel is lovely and centrally located. Breakfast was good. One request would be that it was served earlier.

Location was excellent it’s walking distance for everything, Breakfast food was delicious the only thing that i would have loved is a mini fridge but went to oxxo and got a disposable cooler and ice so no big deal will definitely recommend and book again Oaxaca is on my list again

The staff is friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast was phenomenal. It's in a perfect location for tourists. If I ever go back to Oaxaca I will almost certainly stay here again. Oh and the hotel itself is beautiful.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, la habitación bonita y limpia , el trato siempre amable del personal y siempre disponibles para ofrecer información . La habitación cuenta con todo lo indispensable, burro de planchar, plancha, secadora, agua, vasos, crema corporal, shampoo, acondicionador. Todo el hotel está bonito y cómodo. Respecto del desayuno nosotros pedimos enchiladas verdes de pollo deliciosas, el sabor del tomatillo de fresadilla muy muy rico, la atención de las meseras impecable, siempre atentas . El agua de jamaica la recomiendo no es nada dulce y muy rica. Esta céntrico precio / lugar es lo justo ya que tienes muchos lugares para visitar a menos de 10 minutos caminando. Si eres de las personas que les gusta apreciar los detalles de un hotel este es tu mejor opción. Saludos desde Coahuila.

Totally fell in love with this hotel. Once you enter it’s peaceful and calm, with a beautiful courtyard restaurant and another courtyard open to the sky. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and newly renovated. Breakfast each day was a different menu. Highly recommend!

Right in the heart of the centro. They were doing updates in the hotel but they were quiet and respectful of guests. I would stay here again. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. Overall a very nice stay here!

The location of this hotel is ideal if you want to be in the center of things. It’s across the street from one of the biggest markets, one block from the main square and just an another quick walk to Santa Domingo. Once you walk through the doors of the hotel it’s peaceful and calm. The courtyard is lovely for sitting and having breakfast or just hanging out. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was newly remodeled. The staff were kind, friendly and just so lovely! Breakfast each day was a different menu of classic Oaxacan foods. Plenty of fruit!
