「Room was not ready and I arrived more than 2hours after check-in time. Kids played in pool while waiting, they had poor communication of when it would be ready. Curtain rod was broken and all the light would come in. Room was facing front and you can hear all the car noises and people passing by talking. It was a last minute place to stay but definitely worst in my list. All the chairs in the "roof top" were broken. View was nice up there.」

「Rooms are in very bad shape, staff is not helpful at all, we left to the beach for 6hrs and the agua fresca pitcher still there when we got back nothing was cleaned after us! property is very old the only nice thing about it, is the pool but pics on the ad are deceiving because they promote the Bacocho beach club with the hotel (extra charge) and is not what it shows, ah and the brunch “buffet” bacon is not included you have to pay a fee for it」
