「Staff was friendly and helpful!」

「Room was immaculate. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a small buffet with options for toast, muffins, donuts, cereal and yogurt. Fresh and good. My son and his friends loved the pool and slides as well as the hot tub. Bar/restaurant was small but friendly staff and then had a live dealer blackjack table. Overall it was a wonderful stay at a great hotel.」

「Hotel was just okay. We had a few issues with the air conditioning. It was very hot, 110 degrees outside and our air conditioning kept going out and showing an Error code. Front desk pretty much just told us to suck it up, no offer for a different room, no offer to come and check on the air conditioning unit. Also, the handle on the door to the bathroom was broken, so if you closed it completely, you could not get out of the bathroom. There was no housekeeping during our stay, so went and...

「I checked in just before 12AM and had to use the rear door which was close to my room. I understood why the old lady gave me 3 cards: they didn't update the access system to RFID yet for those building access doors. I had to use the card with a magnetic stripe after several attempts. So, I had to carry 2 cards every time I was going out of the building. The craziest problem was Wifi. They gave me the password for The Bismarck Hotel but it kept asking for the password without connecting. I...

「It was the most horrible hotel experience we have ever had!!! In our first room the AC wasn’t working & the staff didn’t know how to run it or fix it. The pillows were flat & the bedspread had holes in it. The toilet seat ring actually had dried poop on it (which I cleaned with wash rag & soap while waiting for AC to start working). 「Items the hotel could do better: linens and cleanliness overall. It is an old building in need of repairs, ok- pretty normal. Bed sheets were scratchy and poor quality with the top layer feeling more like a shower curtain than bed linen. Shower towels were nearly see-through thin and came only with 1 in a king size suite room with a hot tub on a reservation for 2. Yes, staff did give more when asked but a single poor quality one to start was weird, at the least. There were stickers and pen-drawn...
