「Did not feel safe, and the place is very worn out!!」

「I am formally requesting a full refund for my stay because the room I received was unacceptable and did not match the standard of accommodations I paid for. From the moment I arrived, the room was unclean. The towels were brown and appeared dirty, the bed sheets were stained, and the blanket had multiple holes. The floor had clearly not been swept or mopped, as my white socks turned dark brown after walking around the room for only a short time. The toilet seat was also stained and appeared...

「Breakfast and its policy of changes」

「Arrived and the hotel was extremely humid inside. Throughout the lobby, elevator, and hallways. Then you get to the rooms and it has such a depressing layout and non updated interior. The room felt sticky and un comforting. But not only that the AC is failing to kick in, it was so stuffy there is no way someone is able to sleep and stay there comfortably. Thankfully the staff was very nice and accommodating. They understood my concerns and helped me checked out. Still currently waiting to see...
