It was an interesting concept that doesn’t work properly. Especially placing the breakfast area on the 5th floor, inside of a “pantry”. Locating it here allows for neglect from the staff, due to a lack of monitoring of supply inventory. For instance, it took over an hour for the peanut butter to be restocked. Additionally, there was a tap for three different types of water. However, this tap only dispensed one type, room temperature water.
The room was also a disappointment, with a shower stall left in a state of disrepair.
Overall, one of the worst Marriott hotels I’ve stayed at.
