"Great location on the river bank. The facilities felt outdated but still fairly well maintained. Room was large and had a nice view of the Bandai bridge. Got a cold on Sado island but I had a really nice sleep back to Niigata and felt completely recharged. Super kind and attentive staff. Parking is a bit pricy at the hotel but I had no problems finding plenty of parking lots nearby. "

It was a downpour by the time we got to the lobby, but one of the staff saw us coming and met us with dry towels at the door! It was so thoughtful! And that was just the start of great service.
