Great location. Older style hotel and our initial room was very poor and we were moved to an excellent room because the air conditioning didn’t work in the first one. The second room had excellent beds, aircon and space. The staff service was impeccable, particularly Miss Watanabe as she helped us with many things like booking restaurants and finding a good Onsen. The breakfast staff were also wonderful as were the cleaning staff and others at reception. The hotel is old but obviously some rooms are renovated. If you get one of the newer rooms you will have a good experience.

客室はかなり古い感じでしたが、寝るだけでしたので必要十分でした。朝食は期待しすぎていた部分もあり、こんなもんか…という感じでしたが、普通に美味しく頂きました。価格を考えれば良かったと思います。

観光で利用しましたが万代シティ内で立地がよく、リーズナブルながら朝食はオムレツやフレンチトーストをその場で作ってくれるなど期待以上でした。設備は古いですが、不便さはなくむしろ味があっていいと思いました。

10人以上の学生2組ほどと、朝食の時間帯が被ってしまい、正直時間をずらして取りたかったです。事前にこの時間帯は込みます。とかのお知らせがあっても良かったのにな！と思いました。 各階に自販機があるのですが、自分の部屋の階の自販機の品物か半分以上売り切れだったので、そんな所にも気を配って欲しいです。

8階の部屋だったが、窓からバスセンター2階の広場が一望できて感動した。 まだ子供の頃、広場のレインボータワーが好きでよく乗せてもらった記憶が蘇った。 施設は古いがきちんと清掃されており、従業員も皆きちんとしていた。また使いたい。

子供連れで和室に宿泊しました。 広いお部屋にランクアップしていただき、ののびと過ごすことができました。 古さは感じられますが、お風呂トイレ別、洗面台の広さがありがたかったです。 朝食もどれも美味しく、出来立てフレンチトースト、オムレツとても美味しくいただきました。 なんといっても立地の良さ。 ショッピングするのに近くて便利なのが良かったです。 また新潟に旅行の際はお世話になりたいです。

グラサポ新潟遠征（愛してるニイガタ♡）

jリーグの試合観戦の為利用。 周辺環境は完璧 バスセンターまん前だし、駐車場も提携先があり800円（１日）出し入れ可 ホテルの2階にはseriaやフードコートもあり、1階にはミスド、マック、ケンタッキーがあり便利。お向かいはバスセンターでスタバやファミマや有名なカレーもある。 イオンもあり、全て不自由なく快適に過ごせました。 室内は狭いですが、シャワー浴びて寝るだけなら充分です。 コインランドリーは7階にあり、宿泊先が7階だったので便利 朝食ビュッフェも連泊でも飽きない様になってます。 また利用したいです！ そのためにはアルビレックス頑張ってほしいです‼︎
