「We arrived at 2 and were told we could not check in until 4 unless we paid $50. We went back at 5pm and the room still was not ready. It’s the middle of May. The hotel was NOT very busy. Waited another 1/2 hour for the room.Staff was not too helpful but they did not charge us the extra fees. And then our room was never cleaned. We are repeat customers. Not sure we will return」

「It was a great location near restaurants and Hampton Beach and very comfortable and clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful and we would definitely visit again. The hinges on the bathroom door need some WD40 and the coffee and hot water for the tea in the Keurig tasted like chlorine. Small fixable things that did little to interfere with a great time!」
