"I was satisfied with my stay. The room was clean quiet and amenities were great. Check-in line was very long."

"The room was clean but very small. There was mo dresser but only 2 small drawers built into what was once a closet. The shower was not goid. The curtain allowed water all over the floor. Hash a go go had excellent food and service. Other restaurants were very pricey."

"Booked fully renovated room and it wasnt. You can see rust on lamps, wall paper coming off curtain gets stuck."

"The main pool was closed for “service” the hotel gave no warning or notice prior to my arrival. They gave no compensation or refund at all. Also I ordered a room with a king sized bed and the room I received had two queens. "

"Checkin was easy via a kiosk & option to upgrade to high floor was offered. West Tower was recently renovated so room was decent for the price. The free parking garage was a bit of a walk to the hotel entrance. No housekeeping for the two night stay, so we had to call each day to request towels. You can hear all the noise in hallway and rooms next door. The Starbucks was great for our early morning game & mobile ordered saved us time the second morning. The fitness room was stuffy and had no towels available. It was also crowded, but served its purpose. Kids loved the Adventuredome. "

"There was a lot to like but one major drawback was the cost for EVERYTHING!!!! I heard about it but thought it was just some disgruntled people…Nope it’s ridiculous and it’s everywhere…I used to go to Vegas every 2 years at least and loved it…But haven’t been since Covid…Based on $10 bottles of water and $36 for a sandwich and chips I’m out…The resort fees are absurd and then if you want a chair at the pool you have to get in line at the crack of dawn to get the less than 20 at the adult pool or you pay for a cabana or a day bed…Shame on them - This would be a great place if the prices were reasonable - There not so like many people I read online I’m not going back it will cost less to go to Europe"
