"Excellent standard modern hotel in a multicultural residential area of Amsterdam, about 25 minutes by tram into central Dam. Rooms are clean, spacious and contemporary. Breakfast excellent range of hot and cold options. We had dinner twice during our stay, not cheap but good quality pizza and pasta dishes cooked in-house. Recommended."

"Very friendly staff and a fantastic location. Bathroom was a bit small but efficient. The room we were put in had NO view to speak of as our windows were 5 feet off the ground so you couldnt see anything down, only up. Be sure to request a room with FULL WINDOWS. It was a little claustrophobic. But since we didnt spend much time in the room as we were exploring the city, it wasnt a real deal breaker."

"We were assigned to a superior room we hitch included an A-frame bedroom on a lower level with stereo stairs and A-frame beams to hit your head on at night. They changed us to a less superior room all on one floor, but the price was only 25 Euros less out of around 250 Euros. The service, however, was outstanding"

"What a lovely hotel! We arrived early morning and the amazing staff was nice to check us in before the afternoon. Reception staff were very polite, friendly and professional. We had a room with a terrace as we were upgraded. The room & bathroom were of a good size, we liked the high ceiling, the terrace was great! The only reason why I didn't put 5* is because we felt that the mattress was too soft, otherwise everything else was perfect!! The hotel is 2 tram stops from the Zoo, 20 minutes...
