"Close to tram and restaurants "

"What we liked: ‘cozy modern’, high-tech, linens were good quality, comfortable bed, quiet, clean, stylish, friendly reception/bar staff, and close to public transportation. What we did not like: Insufficient information about all the amenities available to guests, difficult to communicate with hotel staff as the rooms have no phones and the iPads did not provide the ability to contact staff for services (i.e. replenish supplies, wake up calls, call a taxi, ask questions about the area, etc.). "

"Fantastic hotel. Stayed in a buggy bunk up room with 2 kids agee 10 and 11 and it was brilliant. Great location, couple mins walk from tram stop and tram takes under 10 mins from centraal station. Beautiful hotel, they have thought of everything and care about their guests. We didn’t have breakfast included but paid for it one morning, great quality. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again. "

"Grand old style hotel! Not usually our thing but we splurged for this the last couple days of a long vacation and it was worth it!"

"Very comfortable and quiet. Airport shuttle was free and convenient but the driver stopped at the wrong place which caused us to miss it."

"I had a great stay from the moment I checked in. Staff was friendly and kind, helpful with anything I asked for. 5 stars comfort of beds! Mattress was great and I got great rest there =)"
