「Very nice location. Much larger hotel than I had expected, had multiple people for reception and even had concierge. Note that it does have various little stairs up and down to get to some of the rooms but it is the nature of having joined up so many houses to make the hotel. Has two restaurants, a full-service restaurant and then a smaller one which we ate at a few times. Definitely recommend it as a place to stay in Amsterdam.」

「The house keeping is terrible! I think they don’t really follow room check out status to perform cleaning. The staff just open my door at 06:30am for house keeping. I feel unsafe and strange. Even I already be their gold member I still need to wait over 20 mins to checkout at 10:30am, definitely not because of busy traffic, but only one counter is open, the great thing with this hotel is the location and parking offer. However it definitely strange to have someone break into my room at 06:30am...
