I want to believe this property can do better than it did but I did not receive a 5-star experience by far. My wife and I arrived here only to be put in perhaps the worst hotel room I've ever been in and were treated like trash by the attendant. We complained about the high temperature and were told the property did not have A/C and were to go open our window and set up a floor fan from the closet in our room and report back in 2 hours. We showed this staff the website listing A/C and he told us this should not be and took this info to pass on to management. The temperature continued to rise and when we went to report this, the staff had all left except for night time security which is apparent their model from 11pm to 7am. At this time we were informed the hotel is fully booked and we cannot switch rooms. In the morning we called expedia and they called the hotel and they reported we could switch rooms at 3pm and we were forced to wander the city until that time while exhausted. We returned and were given a proper room and the valet showed us how there is A/C and how it could go down as many as -6C should we choose. We returned to the front desk and were confronted by the same callus desk worker (Temu, or Toma or something... tall, short curly hair, young, ignorant), and he reported he would email the manager and did not. This was our honeymoon and staff choose to disregard this fact despite several mentions. Black mold in the bathroom. No heat control. Callus staff. no help
