Great location in that close to station but off main roads, a little bit red light nearby in a couple of directions, but that’s Amsterdam and could avoid. The staff were great and room newly renovated. What’s odd is that there are deep steps from door to lobby, so they didn’t bother to put a ramp in all this massive renovation? Other thing I was less keen on was the open plan bar. You don’t want to be in full view going to and from your room, as a woman particularly I did not like this.

We spent five days at the hotel, and it was a delightful experience overall. I really appreciated the design and layout of the space. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The only downside was some morning noise due to ongoing renovations. Other than that, I have no complaints.

The walls between each room are paper thin and you can hear the other occupants. The room I was in should neverhave been made available to guest's. There was construction going on outside from 7am which shook the room. Also builder could see straight into the room with the blinds up.

This hotel hid the fact that it was under major construction. Guests were never informed about limited or unavailable facilities, and communication was evasive at best. The noise was unbearable—making breakfast, business calls, or even rest impossible. When confronted, staff were dishonest and unhelpful. I travel often and have never experienced such deceptive treatment. Avoid this hotel. A Disaster… the staff is ridiculously inept at respecting guests.

Staff went above and beyond during our stay for our honeymoon, will definitely be returning couldn’t be happier and did not want to leave. Lovely clean rooms lots of space definitely one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in, also kindly gifted us some lovely cake and drinks for our celebrations. Can’t wait to return !

We booked in last-minute after our original accomodation fell through. My sister was unwell, but the concierge team was wonderful looking after her while I got us checked in nice and fast with the Reception staff; we were really looked after amazingly well, from a room upgrade to extra ice for my sister. We really appreciated all the extra effort! Even while there are renovations, it is quiet and clean, the facilities are top-notch and everyone was so kind and caring. A wonderful experience!
