「Lovely hotel, full of character and charm with the most friendliest and helpful of staff. Excellent location in the centre of the city close to the major sights and attractions. Good amenities in room and very quiet. 「The staff are very friendly. Housekeeping is a bit spotty. I would expect a small bottle of milk for my tea and Nespresso coffee, not some cheap creamer powder. And that was not replaced consistently. I had to leave note. And the hotel itself is not designed or updated to be handicapped friendly or accessible. Which in this day and age, and at this price point, is just not right. Still, and apart from the above notes, it is a nice hotel in a convenient location.」

「A small but stylish hotel. Staff are very warm and helpful. Not many but sufficient choices on breakfast. Nice coffee, shower gel/shampoo available in room. Hotel is also well located and easily accessible to various museums/travel spots. However the shower area is transparent with no curtain at all so it's ideal for couples mainly whilst friends need to take this into consideration before booking」

「The main drawcard for us staying at the hotel is for my husband to have access to a quality gym - this hotel delivered. The hotel itself is new, and the lobby is fresh.
