「Overall, this is a very nice hotel. It would’ve gotten a higher score except for the fact that they don’t answer the phone. We called many times looking for a room service for other questions about amenities and potential outings, but mostly got their hold recording for extended periods of time. This was both in the middle of the day and late at night. They clearly don’t have enough staff to answer the phone anytime they matter. Our average hold time was approximately five minutes. 「The staff are very friendly. Housekeeping is a bit spotty. I would expect a small bottle of milk for my tea and Nespresso coffee, not some cheap creamer powder. And that was not replaced consistently. I had to leave note. And the hotel itself is not designed or updated to be handicapped friendly or accessible. Which in this day and age, and at this price point, is just not right. Still, and apart from the above notes, it is a nice hotel in a convenient location.」

「A small but stylish hotel. Staff are very warm and helpful. Not many but sufficient choices on breakfast. Nice coffee, shower gel/shampoo available in room. Hotel is also well located and easily accessible to various museums/travel spots. However the shower area is transparent with no curtain at all so it's ideal for couples mainly whilst friends need to take this into consideration before booking」

A couple of examples: the safe in our room didn’t work showing an error, the staff promised to reset it but no one even came.
