Staff were extremely courteous . Hotel could use some updating- particularly the blinds, faucets, water pressure…
After an issue with first room, front desk manager was extremely responsive and helpful and gracious. Location was excellent!! Walked everywhere.
The room was beautiful. We even got an upgrade! The bed was the most comfortable of the whole trip. The air conditioner worked wonderfully the room. Service pizza was terrible but everything else was amazing
Incredible, helpful concierge, Peter. Beautiful property. Classic. Wonderful pool and hot tub. Helpful staff. Only tiny complaint is absence of USB ports in the rooms, and no financial channels like CNBC or Bloomberg. Overall, a very pleasant stay for us. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Jacuzzi was out of service.
No hot water in first room. Second room- sinks in the bathroom- water only accessible in full blast- pipes rattled. But overall staff great!
Great location.
Beautiful boutique hotel!
This was amongst my most wonderful stays ever— an exquisite hotel with superb staff and excellence on ever level. Wonderful pool and spa and the restaurant is first in class!
Classic hotel experience with top service. From start till finish the experience was fantastic. This is a hotel that breaths ambiance and historic details. Service is very good and friendly. The hotel itself with it's classic and historic look brings a feeling of true luxury. It's not modern and some things are due for a replacement but the rooms, beds and service was fantastic.
