「Clean」

「The hotel is away from the centre but thankfully easy by bus to get to. The area is a bit nondescript and gets deserted at night. The room was stunning and impeccably clean. The kitchen was spacious and fully kitted. I previously stayed in other Bob W’s and having a front desk was a welcome change from the impersonal service. I was also thrilled to have free access to the gym and laundry room. My only complaint and suggestion is that they to do away with ‘alternative’ means of access and to just...

「Great location in center of Alkmaar! Shops & restaurants right outside the door. The hotel is beautiful and our room was great. The lofted room would not work well for someone with mobility challenges but worked well for us. Very responsive communication from the hotel! Would happily stay there again. 」

「住了8天7晚都沒有清潔服務，只收過一次垃圾及添加用品，再要求都沒有人跟進， 可向大堂reception索取額外物品，大堂有免費咖啡供應，就們4人行李delay reception有做低紀錄及待我哋收取了2件物件。」

「Wow! Was für eine tolle Unterkunft! Wir hatten eine super schöne und gemütliche Ferienwohnung! Schön eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht! Alles super sauber! Die Betten waren toll! Wir haben selten in so guten Betten geschlafen! Die Vermieter waren auch total nett! Was wir nicht wussten ist, dass das Frühstück im Hotel Victoria serviert wird. Ca. 200 m Fußweg. 「Das Haus war sehr sauber. Wir haben uns bei der Ankunft sehr wohn gefühlt und es war ein sehr netter Empfang. Der Strand ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt und die kleine Stadt Bergen ist eine Perle. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. 😊」
