The main problem is that this is a converted office space with very poor sound proofing. The street facing walls are almost all glass, so you can clearly hear every sound from the street. We also heard conversations from upstairs and next door. When we complained about a loud conversation heard at 03:30 it took the host a long time to respond.

We were a little nervous about the automated room check-in procedure. But when we arrive in late afternoon, there were two smiling staff members who greeted us and explained the system. That helped a lot!

The suite we had, included a combo mini washer/dryer (just googled how to use it), along with small dishwasher. They provide basic utensils, dishwashing tabs, detergent tabs. In the basement there is also luggage storage, separated washer, dryers (free). You can also help yourself to free toilet paper, dish soap, tea, sponge etc in the basement. 5th floor there is a small café that is connected to an outdoor pool, same floor there is a yoga studio for a fee. You need your 6 digit code to get onto your floor wing, and to get into the building or access the basement. Right beside the property there is also a café. It is 15-20 min walk (take footpath bridge as shortcut) to ferry that takes you to grand central station, along that walk there is a grocery store (Albert Haijn).
