First, the staff were amazing, so welcoming and efficient. One thing I did notice is the bartender in the Oriole restaurant didn’t have a swamper to help restock glasses and fill up ice. She was very busy but still gracious.

Excellent hotel, we stayed 6nights. There was hiccup, but the hotel handled the situation courteously and professionally. Highly recommended. Special mention to Valentin and the concierge services! They are the best!
