「Friendly staff who are really helpful 」

「The service we received was great from Ann. What happened was,the hotel.com showed the room we booked(family suit) actually has "two double beds" option, however, they do not have it at all. The family suits is always one double beds, one single bed and one double deck beds. This made me really upsets as the information which Hotel.com provided was totally incorrect. 「The park was relly amazing although the cabin we stayed in could use with abit of repair but other then that it was not to bad the pool was amazing an the oark was very quiet defs may stay here again」

「there are 3 levels in the building unit. Our room has 2 levels with the second level being the living and dining level and the third level being the bedroom level. For an aged person over 70 to carry luggage to the third level is a very tough task and dangerous.」

「The bedroom was light and comfortable, the bathroom was spotless with good towels. However the downstairs sitting area was very tight for space with the tv mounted on the stair banister rail. The photos do not accurately show the space as is. Also the parking spots are very narrow, my husband had to use the passenger door to access the drivers seat because a 4wd had parked in the next bay, not an ideal situation..」
