「The service we received was great from Ann. What happened was,the hotel.com showed the room we booked(family suit) actually has "two double beds" option, however, they do not have it at all. The family suits is always one double beds, one single bed and one double deck beds. This made me really upsets as the information which Hotel.com provided was totally incorrect.
