「Very good value and was in the perfect location for our reason for visiting Mitcham, onsite free parking is a real positive. Upon arrival it wasn't clear where we had to go to check in and a staff member not on shift didn't seem to know, but it turned out you check in inside by the kitchen service hatch....photo ID was needed and scanned by a polite staff member. The restaurant looked spotless, very clean, bright and airy...the kitchen however, on show through the glass window by hotel check...

「Our room was not particularly clean, also it was very shabby, also the shower was very small and did not work properly. The toilet seat did not fit. Everything was very old and it was not nice. It is a guest house not a hotel. Car park fine and position to Wimbledon was quite good, but we would definitely not stay there again.」

「Need take a bus and walk few mins to get the hotel, The room is very clean and comfortable, room is not big but bathroom is. There are only three rooms provided with a very village bar on the ground floor, also it is the reception desk for you. The served breakfast is big size with toast, pastry, jam, cream, cearels with hot tea or coffee. Not sure if can choose hot british breakfast or need to pay for it in the bar. overall is good with nice staff if you want to have a quiet vacation in a nice...

「The unit was very clean, large and comfortable. Nice size kitchen/living room, bathroom very modern and good size bedroom. The unit needs addt'l fans. They did bring one out on the 2nd day of my stay but could use another one. Also some basic amenities would be nice (salt, pepper, paper towels, wine opener, etc). Also some soap, condition in the bathroom as there was only a soap dispenser at the sink and a bottle of body wash/shampoo in the shower. If you have a car, parking is limited, one...
