「Nice hotel, needs to update windows in patio doors, air con needs a service very loud. Bathroom was lovely with great shower. Bed was comfortable.」

「Most of the staff were very helpful, good breakfast. Great location. Enjoyed the pool area, but more parasols required as there isn’t much shade. We would definitely recommend & will return」

「excellent hotel, nice warm swimming pool, good location, 15 minute drive to benidorm. excellent breakfast buffet. will recommend to friends and family😀😀😀」

「Views in ocas on the 1st floor not great but everything else great」

「Hotel was clean and in a central location. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Great service.」

「Staff are fantastic. So friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was amazing.」

「Reception will tell you you'll have the deposit back straight away to your bank once you check out. I have asked them several times and they confirmed this several times but when we checked out they told me it'll be around 10 days. Bedroom doors are not disabled friendly as you couldn't fit a wheelchair. Breakfast was cold as well. The receptionists could do with further training on how to be friendly with guests.」
