「Bitterly disappointed 1) the website does not actually represent where you could be potentially staying, some rooms so so basic with camp style beds. The pictures online definitely do not represent this 2) the room smelled of drainage 3) I spent €10 on cleaners and bleach to hide/mask the smell 4) the hotel has 200 irons for 1000 rooms .. everyday we asked twice a day for an iron and could not be provided with one 5) hotel staff where at times incredibly rude! 「Rooms were cleaned daily. Staff were friendly. Good variety of drinks on offer. Pool was small but good. Had to que at certain times for meals due to amount of people going at sane time. Over all we had a good time and would stay there again.」

「On arriving at the Iris,the staff were very pleasant and very helpful,i was a single traveller and offered a triple room,which was clean and well maintained,the bed was really comfy,the shower was really good,the hotel is central,it is on an incline,short stroll into town and the beach,close to all shops,bars,restaurants,dont forget you have to pay a 50euro deposit,which you get back on day you leave,The owners made my stay all the more welcoming,always smiling,nothing is to much,,just 1 small...
