「The service (Stephanie and others) was outstanding! They made us feel welcome from the moments we walked in the door. The welcome glass of cava was a lovely surprise. We sat on the rooftop terrace one afternoon and felt quite spoiled when the delivered wine to us even though we were quite happy to carry it ourselves. We felt quite spoiled! The room was clean and lovely and the bed and pillows were extremely comfy. We will definitely return next year. A wonderful time in Altea! 」

「The hotel is amazing! Beautiful aesthetics and the room is beautiful. The kitchen is well-equipped for basic cooking and our room was clean every day. The gym was good and we used it daily. The staff were all friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We arrived with a bottle of champagne, rose and card for Valentine's Day. Thank you! I highly recommend the Cala Lanuza suite. You do need to either have a car or be happy to take the tram, which runs every 30 mins. 」

「The room was small and furniture dated, however there was plenty of room in the bathroom and the shower was excellent. The balcony was spacious and overlooked the sea and bay. The rooftop area was great with lots of seating and the jacuzzi was super. Could not fault the Staff or the restaurant. Would definitely stay again.」

「Highly recommend. Good location if you've hired a car, easy access. Only 10mins from Oliva Nova Met. Plenty of shops and eating places within walking distance. Breakfast and evening meal good in the restaurant. Staff helpfull and friendly. Rooms very clean. Only complaint is they should have tea/coffee/ biscuit facilities in rooms, you had to ask for a kettle, which they will provide. So remember to take your own.」

「Die Unterkunft hat uns nur zum Teil gefallen. Die 4,6 von 5 als Bewertung war für uns unverständlich. Zum einen waren viele Partygruppen, die am Pool und nachts Lärm erzeugt haben. Zum anderen war das Abendessen bei der Halbpension bis auf einmal, immer sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig bzw. für uns aus Österreich ungenießbar. Die Zimmer wurden nicht komplett gereinigt und wirkte das Zimmer abgewohnt. Das Bad bestand aus einer kleinen weiß verfliesten Kabine mit Metalltür und fehlte bspw. ein Halter für...

「The hotel was very clean,room was lovely and spacious.As a solo guest I felt very safe and the staff were friendly Spa was amazing and relaxing. The breakfast was good but the food at dinner was not as hot as it could be and not too many choices but it was early in the season.」
