Food was amazing and plentiful. Drinks were locally sourced and tasted very good, beer was Cruzcampo😊. Entertainment every night and good quality singers, quizzes and karaoke.

The suites were spacious, clean. Large balcony. Toiletries. Kettle and you can grab what you need from the bar. It was quiet, comfy beds. We went halfboard, breakfast and dinner had plenty of choice everynight. We only stayed 5 nights, i think i would of got bored of the food any longer. Coffee machine is not great but you can get a decent coffee from the bar. We didnt go to the entertainment but looked like the usual bingo, shows etc. I used the sauna which was nice. Didnt use any of the other facilites. January so pool was cold. Can walk to the beach and old town in about 10-15 mins and about 20 min walk to bus and tram station. Shout out to Molly who was lovely helpful receptionist.

Swimming pool: 25m in length - therefore excellent to swim long distances for fitness. Nice gym too. Sunshine and exercise what’s not to like! 👏 It’s a shame to watered down drinks were diluted with a sugary solution 😞

Room was in need of some desperate attention. Shower mouldy and wasn’t clean on arrival. Still had hair from previous guests in shower. Some staff went above abs beyond. Matthew/Dennis & kids entertainers really made the holiday but this was consistent with the rest. Pool area/sum

Good location with good size rooms

Our 2nd visit here, good location 5 mins walk from bars and restaurants. All staff polite and friendly. Everywhere clean and rooms large with separate seating area.

Excellent staff, I always stay at sandos properties around Spain and further afield. I used to stay at the adults only Monaco in Benidorm but have recently switched to the Benidorm suites. Stayed at the Sandos Benidorm Suites on many occasions and enjoyed every visit. All staff are very friendly and welcoming, good choice of food in the restaurant or there’s the snack bar during the day. Rooms are comfortable and clean, it is on a hill, but not too steep and in a nice quiet area for Benidorm

Cracking hotel, you wont be disappointed 👏

Very friendly welcome on arrival, all the staff throughout the stay where friendly and helpful.. the room was nice and clean, comfy bed and free amenities to including toothbrush, shaver and accompaniments. The food was excellent quality, nice and hot if it was hot and nice and cold the other way .. all in all superb..

The hotel is very clean, spacious and modern. The receptionist was welcoming and polite. The bar staff are friendly and very good selection of drinks. The entertainment in the evening was good, live singers, i think there could possibility be 2 acts on in the evening as a fair bit of time just sitting and waiting but i understand this could also clash with evening meals. I didn't join in with the daytime entertainment but i saw people playing darts and archery. Again maybe a quiz or something to could take place. The restaurant is very clean and friendly staff. The food was ok, luke warm but i understand its difficult to keep things hot. The breakfast selection is good fruit, yogurt, cereals, toast,pastries and cook breakfast. Lunch and evening meal salad, chips, potatoes, pizza, 2 pasta dishes. cheese and cold meats every day with the choice of a "main" dish i.e beef in peppercorn sauce, bbq ribs, Chinese chicken. Quite a lot of fish which i don't eat but fish everyday. The rooms are very clean and smell lovely. House keeping friendly. You get complimentary toiletries including toothbrush Toothpaste soap and razor in the bathroom with shower gel/shampoo in dispenser. The room has a kettle and mugs with tea and coffee available from the bar. Its about a 10 minute walk from the beach/strip with shops along the way. I would return again

Favourite hotel in Benidorm

Love this hotel staff are so friendly & roll go the extra mile for any request. We always to upgrade SELECT room which gives you access to beautiful lounge premium drinks & outside sun terrace area. Pleased to say the Cabana beds have had mattresses replaced. Entertainment good food great selection for a buffet there’s lots of choice & outside by pool snack bar food is cooked to order

Stayed here twice now. We take our 3 year old. She lives the brilliant pool , they have a great kids disco at night and the staff are so wonderful and friendly.
