"A very pleasant few days at The Pelangi. The resort is spacious with well kept grounds and fantastic pools. Staff are attentive, friendly and helpful, a special shout out for the kindness of Azri at the Cascade Pool. The rooms could perhaps do with a little update, and breakfast was a bit overcrowded at the Pelangi Grill on one of the days, but nothing that spoiled our lovely experience at Pelangi. "

"Blissful stay, staff were cheerful and extremely keen to make one's stay enjoyable. Idyllic location. Our rainforest villa was very private, cleverly architected and comfortably laid out inside. The private splash pool was larger than I expected. The only improvement i can think of would be to have an adjustable parasol by the sun loungers (they were just too hot to use for quite a lot of the day). Thanks for a lovely stay."

"The property is great, the only concern was the waste coming from the sea and polluting part of the beach, covered in some point by garbage and plastic. It was a shame since the rest is truly beautiful and well maintained. "

"Lovely resort but some service was not what you would expect . Some were better than others but feel they were understaffed . Also choice of food was limited ."

"I wished they told us that this was a Family Holiday hotel. The place was packed with screaming kids, especially around the swimming pool which was tiny. When the fully clothed families packed this pool, the water became murky and smell. Pretty horrid. There is absolutely no eating places in the neighbourhood. And the traffic jams to get in and out of the place meant you are stuck eating at its Coffee Shop with the screaming kids for the duration of your stay. The staff were extremely friendly...

"The staff has informed us that will need to pay tourism tax if it's not book by local. Got baby stool chair. Free to watch cartoon or disney movie, no youtube. Provide buggy service to beach. Clean, free parking, staffs friendly, food ok. Cons: It's will be good if kids playing area are free. "
