Definitely a 5-star hotel with its excellent service and cleanliness. I even received a yummy chocolate cake and some sweets in my room as it was my birthday weekend. The hotel is relatively close to all the malls and cafes near KLCC. I had no problem with my stay from check in to check-out. Loved it. Will visit again.
