「Every thing was good」

「Towels were dirty, unwashed. Furniture in room is rundown. Staff at their ‘upscale’ grill and the breakfast coffee shop provide subpar to bad service. My room was partially cleaned, only beds made but bathroom and towels were as I left them. This hotel is overrated, with biggest plus being proximity to TTU.」

「Overall, I had a good stay. The breakfast was good, the property felt safe, and the location was convenient with easy access to Loop 289. The only downside was the bathroom, which I wasn’t very impressed with and could use some updating. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.」

「Carpet throughout the property was disgusting. They only make beds if you have been there over 3 days and even when you are there that long they don’t want to give you extra towels. I was there 4 days with 3 people and we only had 4 towels and washcloths. When we asked for clean ones they didn’t want to give them to us. And if they did they wanted us to return our dirty ones first. The night shift staff was rude she dressed unprofessionally. I wish I could share photos of the filthy carpet,...

「worse experience i’ve ever had at a hotel. my son is a freshman at texas tech. the room was not clean and missing towels, sheets were not changed and when i asked the manager to either clean the room or move us to a different room she made us wait for an hour, and her answer was take the room as is or go to a different hotel. i was shocked and embarrassed in front of my son.」
