「Service is very nice and location is very prefect as near by retail park, that’s easy to get in the restaurants. Room is clean and the size is big but dust was found on the bed.」

「The staff were lovely, but the hotel itself needs attention, shower wasn't great, wall paper was hanging off, generally it just needs updating. The breakfast was good.」

「It took the guy on reception 15 minutes to answer the bell. And another 20 minutes to find my booking. They won't let u take the room key out of the hotel. He tried to persuade my to pay more to upgrade the room. And they have a notice up saying if you give them a five star review the will give you 10 percent off a room or £5 in cash. Clearly they know the are not up to standard.」

「The bedroom was clean and the bed is comfortable but the elevators were out of service. You would have to climb the stairs all the way to the top with your luggage. Not cool」

「I left this hotel covered in bite marks — I have clear photos. Staff removed the mattress protector on the spot, then later denied everything and blamed the guest. I was forced out in a foreign country with no help and my luggage still inside. Avoid this hotel at all costs. 入住後我全身都是咬痕，有照片為證。飯店現場把床墊保潔墊拖走，事後卻完全否認並把責任推給旅客。 在異國我被迫無處可去、行李還留在房間，他們一句話都不負責。請一定避開這家飯店。 」

「Dirty Room with no AC/Fan and TV unbelievebale.i called the host for a refund they refused.They refused to provide room services i slept on one bed spreed for 13 nights ridiculous.Breach ot contracts and a refund would be needed」
