Very clean room and lovely staff. Parking available on-site. Beds were comfortable. Utensils supplied were clean and plentiful but I wished there were scissors. Bathroom was nice. Room was spacious and the hairdryer was very good. Modern room which was nice.

The front could do with a little face lift...what was advertised was the renovations at the back...our rooms were at the front The breakfast was enough...didnt like others touching by bread though The rooms were spacious and clean enough ..I did my usual cleaning We had to put down a deposit of 400 pounds...which we were told would be refunded back to our a/c...we didnt receive everything back (short $21.16)...not sure if its the conversion from pounds back to Canadian dollars Not a bad experience at all

Stunk of weed on arrival, people doing balloons till 1am in the morning partying then arguing till about 4am. Carpark is ridiculous tight to park! Tv on a wall that you can’t even watch. Don’t stay here if you want a good night’s sleep. Never again!!

4/10 不太好

The hotel has a problem with noise due to thin walls but also guests playing music at unsociable hours. The staff were helpful when I reported an early morning noise issue with them the next day though. Gym awful: the little equipment was old or broken, with many unrelated boxes stored in the room.

Was very hot in the loft room, fan provided but did not help. Was odd that the small corridor outside the bedrooms had an aircon but the bedrooms did not. Otherwise was a good stay!

HOT!!! Very HOT! Granted there is a heatwave...the room was never comfortable. A fan was provided but only hot air circulated with the window being open. AC wall unit noted in hall wall but was on only once during the stay. Room was surface clean but very dusty. Staff is curt! It served its purpose for our needs but definitely not a comfortable stay.

Was amazing but breakfast do not start until 8am by then I’ve checked out @ half seven, which was a bit disappointing as breakfast was included in the price 🤗🤔 Parking was through a very narrow alleyway which my seven seater car Skoda, could not fit but had to park on the street near by.
