「Apparently some rooms are better than others. We have previously stayed here and we're satisfied. This time not so much. The a/c could not keep up and barely blew cold. The floor was not that clean and a bit rough. Also, had an issue with leaving a personal item(pricey pillow needed for husband's back) there which I went back for just a few hours later. The staff did try calling the cleaning people but noone could seem to locate it. I called back a couple times to see if it got turned in with no...

「This hotel is in desperate need of an update. The shower was dirty and for some reason there was a separate dehumidifier in the room! Not to mention that the head board on the bed was shredded. The carpet was dirty and the bathroom floor was sticky!! I do not recommend this hotel」
